Went to Chef's Edge Personal Chef & Culinary Services first pop up dinner to celebrate Valentine’s Day yesterday and it was a 10/10! Course one was fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with a delicious cheese blend and lightly breaded with a tomato sauce, and seared tuna. I am not a tuna person but that was KILLER! Course two was that beauty of a wedge salad with a blue cheese dressing I’ll be dreaming about for the next 6 weeks. For our entree course, my husband and I both chose the filet option which came with asparagus and mashed, topped with an Au Poivre sauce. IT. WAS. FIRE. Cooked to perfection, paired perfectly with the sauce that topped the dish. Ended with dessert, which was a rich hazelnut mousse cake. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Be on the lookout for his next pop up dinners.. for $100 a couple you literally could NOT beat it, especially on a holiday weekend.

Chef Eric started serving our Friends at Grace Estates in the infancy of the business and his meals are always fresh and delicious. Home made sauces, hand breaded chicken, you name it and he does it! He even treats the staff on occasion. He has even catered our special events. Our food is always hot and plenty to go around. I cannot say enough positive things about Chef’s Edge.

Highly recommend Chef’s Edge! Hired them for my daughter’s wedding in fall of ‘22. We went with a taco bar and the food was delicious and Eric made all homemade salsa! Everything was so good. Food was served on time and stayed hot and his crew were excellent to work with. We all loved the food so much that I’ve already hired him to prepare the food for my youngest daughter’s wedding this September. You won’t regret choosing this company to work with!

I’ve eaten many amazing dishes made by Eric, the taste has always been beyond words.
